River City Outdoors is proud to support our local community nonprofit organizations by honoring donation and sponsorship requests for charitable fundraisers. While we do our best to support as many organizations as possible, please know that we can not grant each request we receive.

Donation And Sponsorship Request Guidelines

Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we have put the following guidelines in place:

All donation requests will be reviewed monthly.

Donation/sponsorship requests must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the date of the fundraising event.

You must request your donation/sponsorships through the form on this page.

We do not accept requests via email, mail, or phone.

Organizations are limited to one donation/sponsorship per calendar year.
